  Workshop Resources from Annual Conference 2007: weeding guidelines (breakdown by Dewey); weeding philosophy & methods (with instructions on how to use Dynix weeding report and use USI to withdraw items); selection factors for collection development; list of selection tools held by NLLS; and the session's handout. We also went over where to find literary award-winning books and a list of reference/core non-fiction titles that are recommended for all libraries.
