What is Telephony?

Telephony is an automated notification solution that makes telephone calls to patrons for you when Polaris notifications are to be sent.
'Crystal' is the voice that calls your patrons.
The number your patrons will see on their display is 780-628-7464
You may specify which notifications you would like to use Telephony for - such as Holds, Overdues and Reminders.
Patrons will need to have 'Telephone 1' selected as their notification method in their patron record in order to receive calls from Telephony.
